Recently, the Ukrainian National Association of Savings and Credit Unions has received inquiries regarding the automation of preparing and submitting reports on active operations to the National Bank of Ukraine. We remind you that, according to the NBU Resolution “On Approval of the Rules for Submitting Reports on Active Operations” No. 9 dated January 18, 2024, the submission of such reports becomes mandatory for credit unions starting June 1, 2025.
We inform you that the company LLC “Alpha-Omega Plus” (a well-known developer of the software “ALL IN ONE: CUProgram”) offers its solution “Credit Register 2.0”, which can be used either as part of a comprehensive information system or as a standalone module for manual data transfer.
In the case of manual submission of reports on active operations, this solution provides for entering information manually through a specially prepared Excel form. The user fills in all required fields, after which the report is transmitted to the NBU in accordance with established requirements. This method is suitable for institutions that do not have full integration of accounting data with an analytical system or use a mixed accounting model.
